Half a crash
So, trying to beat Steve Pavlina, I have somewhat over loaded myself.
Today was my first serious crash.
In my attempt to abstain from coffee: I gave it about four days, and when someone offered me a cup for free at Timmies today, I just accepted by default. It really helped when they showed me the ten thousand training videos. I later got a hot chocolate, but really, I shoulda stuck to the plan of no-coffee. Now we're back at day one.
In my gym-plan: I just was way too lazy today. Once I got off work, I wasn't in the mood to go to the gym, so I just sat around in the house. Tomorrow I'll go though, since I'll be on campus anyway.
Quizlet: I just didn't do it. I didn't feel like I needed to since I had a 45 minute IRC conversation in Esperanto.
Dream journaling: Yesterday, I was brimming with dreams to journal, but I didn't ever sit down to record any of them, and now I'm trying desperately to remember bits and pieces. Maybe dream livejournaling could be a good way to get myself out of bed, this is something I should try.
But, I did start reading Gilgamesh, which is awesome, and rings of ancient narrative traditions, just like The Odyssey. I also started The Twilight of Evolution which is SUCH bogus. Oh man. I'll have to quote it here soon.
